ioblast supporting informationThe PB-Module enables real-time monitoring of O2 flux from dark respiration to net photosynthesis and light-enhanced dark respiration. PB Light Sources inserted in the window of the 2-mL Chamber cV provide an external source of blue, red or white light, the intensity of which can be set using the DatLab software. Measurements are recorded and evaluated with the DatLab 8 software.
The PB-Module is only compatible with NextGen-O2k Series XA/O2k Series J and upwards.
