Nitric oxide concentration

NO concentration

Nitric oxide, NO, is a free radical known to inhibit mitochondrial respiration and is an important signalling molecule.

NO concentration can be measured electrochemically with the O2k-NO Amp-Module and an amperometric NO sensor*.

Recommended O2k-Products

The O2k-FluoRespirometer (or other O2k configuration, Series D or higher) combined with the O2k-NO Amp-Module enables the use of an amperometric NO sensor* for measurement of NO in the 2 mL O2k-Chamber (included with all O2k configurations).

*NO sensor not sold by Oroboros
