To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Office Assistant position (20 hours/week) to start mid-May.

Your tasks include:

  • Coordinating our company’s participation in congresses and conferences:
    • Facilitating travel arrangements for Sales Athletes, Communication Ninjas, and Bioenergetics Adventurers
    • Managing flight, train, rental car, and hotel bookings, as well as visa applications
    • Preparing PR materials and exhibitor equipment
    • Reviewing travel expense reports, partly for nationally/internationally funded projects
  • Organizing our national O2k-Workshops, O2k-Coaching Days, and virtual installation sessions:
    • Communicating with customers and managing contacts
    • Handling participant registrations
    • Preparing necessary materials
    • Organizing and handling catering arrangements
    • Coordinating with our Bioenergetics Adventurers
  • Managing PR materials (orders, stock)

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed commercial training, preferably HAK/HBLA, or relevant commercial work experience
  • Very good German and English (experience abroad is advantageous)
  • Proficiency in using PCs, including MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Care and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and flexibility
  • Effective communication skills and a proactive, collaborative attitude within team settings

We are looking for a CTA/MTA/lab technician (30 – 38.5 hours/week) to start as soon as possible:

Ensuring the excellent quality of our daily work in the Oroboros O2k-Laboratory your tasks include:

  • Monthly quality control of laboratory equipment (O2k, NextGen-O2k)
  • Production of chemicals for our lab and project partners, coordination
  • Maintenance of laboratory equipment (balances, centrifuges, etc.)
  • Ordering and inventory management

Your skills:

  • Completed training in natural sciences or technical field
  • Very good English skills
  • Proactive approach, strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail and careful working method, excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork, flexibility
  • Of benefit: Qualification for drawing blood, FELASA certificate according to EU regulation 2010/63/EU

After an intensive training period, the following additional tasks are possible:

  • Respirometry measurements with various biological samples as well as measurements of further mitochondrial parameters (ROS production, mt-membrane potential, ATP production, Ca2+, CoQ and NAD(P)H redox states, photobiology) using O2k-technology.
  • Analytical measurements on biological samples: Cell count, protein content, spectrophotometric determination of enzyme activities
  • Assistance in the application, evaluation and development of protocols in our on-going research projects, software testing
  • Data analysis
  • Technical customer support
  • Tutoring at O2k-Workshops (remote and on-site)
