Open Positions

We are looking for an exceptional administrative assistant to join our team of 25 employees on a part-time basis (20 hours/week) for maternity cover (20 months expected) starting May 1, 2021. Your role in our international life science company based in Innsbruck is to ensure the excellent quality of our customer service. Our technologically leading device, developed for the measurement of cellular respiration, is distributed in 49 countries in direct contact with scientific users.

Your tasks include:
  • Maintenance of customer database
  • Data management and control
  • International correspondence, almost exclusively in English
  • Individual customer care, address management
  • Day-to-day operations including generating quotes and invoicing, shipping, chasing payments, and general filing
Your profile:
  • Successful school-leaving qualification, preferably in business administration (HAK/HBLA).
  • Previous commercial training or practical experience
  • Strong command of English and German, both written and spoken (experience abroad an advantage)
  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Flexibility, organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
