We are an innovative, international life science company with 20 employees working in our office and laboratory in Innsbruck. Our technologically leading instrument, developed for the measurement of cellular respiration, is distributed in 50 countries in direct contact with scientific users.

To strengthen our team, we are looking to fill the ERP System Administrator position (75 – 100 %) as soon as possible.

The successful candidate will be joining an engaged and friendly team accompanied by a competitive performance-based salary (based on the collective agreement for Angestellte und Lehrlinge in Handelsbetrieben with additional pay according to qualifications, minimum salary EUR 35 000.- gross/year based on 100 % employment and 4.5 working days per week).

Your tasks contain:

  • Understanding the processes of our daily business: quotation and order processing, invoicing, national and international shipping processes, repairs/services.
  • Assisting in the planning, design, configuration and implementation of an ERP solution to ensure it meets the business needs of the company.
  • Providing interdepartmental training to end users and support in the use of the ERP system.
  • Managing changes, ongoing maintenance and updates to the ERP system to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Creating and customizing supporting documents.

Your skills:

  • Completed studies in business informatics, computer science or comparable education.
  • Working experience with ERP systems and in the implementation of ERP systems.
  • Ability to analyze and document business processes.
  • Understanding of sales processes.
  • Ability to point out problems and find solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly.
  • Teamwork, flexibility, strong organizational and communication skills for a small, innovative company.
  • Dedication to daily work routine and fascination with ERP systems.
