The Oroboros and all add-on modules except glassware and consumables come with a 3-year warranty starting from the day of delivery. As our customers, you also have the possibility to extend this warranty for a fee at the time of purchasing an Oroboros Package.
Benefit from the advantages of additional years of guaranteed performance:
- Additional 1 to 3 years of security following the 3-year standard warranty
- Free repair and replacement of all items manufactured by Oroboros Instruments in case of material or manufacturing defects*
- The free registration for one of our Oroboros Workshops in Austria included in your Oroboros Package is valid within the entire warranty period.
- The warranty extension begins automatically after the 3-year standard warranty has expired.
- *During the entire warranty period, we will repair if possible or replace defective items. This excludes glassware, consumables and defects caused by improper or unreasonable handling (see our Oroboros Manual).
- For repairs, the items must be returned to our workshop in Kolsass, Austria.
How to purchase the warranty extension
- The warranty extension can only be purchased at the time of purchasing your instrument.
